DMCA Policy

Velox Stream respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the following policy toward copyright infringement.

Content Indexed

Velox Stream does not host, provide, archive, store, or distribute media of any kind. We are purely an index of metadata (titles, descriptions) and links to content hosted on third-party servers. We have no control over the content hosted on these external sites.

Notice of Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been indexed by Velox Stream in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with a written notice containing the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (specifically the Velox Stream URL).
• Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Velox Stream has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or content providers who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
