At Velox Stream, we strive to provide the best streaming experience. However, please note that all payments made for the Velox Elite (Premium) subscription are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated billing for any subscriptions. Once a payment is processed, you will have full access to Elite features for the duration of the billing cycle (Life-time or as specified), and no partial or full refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
While we aim for 100% uptime, occasional maintenance or server issues may occur. These temporary interruptions do not entitle users to a refund.
